Mission

The Assessor's duty is to provide accurate, equitable, and up-to-date property value assessments on all properties within the Town of Hurley. Properties in Hurley are assessed at their full value; that is, what a willing buyer would pay a willing seller for a given property. Valuation of new construction, additions, and modifications is an ongoing effort.
