Comprehensive Plan

The Town of Hurley is updating its 2006 Comprehensive Plan to create a vision for what Hurley will look and feel like in 2040. The Comprehensive Plan will identify specific goals, strategies and priority actions that will inform future decisions about zoning, land use and other local policies and decision-making.

A Comprehensive Plan Committee, appointed by the Town Board in May 2026, created a Hurley Community Listening & Engagement Plan to gather communitywide input on current community preferences and needs, visions for the future, and opportunities.

Your perspective is important!
